Erik Kling
Where Technology Becomes Leverage
Erik Kling advises organizations on how technology architecture shapes long-term leverage, autonomy, and regulatory exposure. His work focuses on the structural consequences of infrastructure, AI, and cross-jurisdiction digital operations.
He has led and built international digital businesses across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Erik also serves on the Board of Directors of IoT Apps, where he contributes strategic guidance on platform evolution, ecosystem development, and market expansion.
Through AXISYNC, Erik operates upstream of implementation—helping leadership determine what must be decided before technical choices become difficult to reverse. These decisions shape not only systems, but operating models, negotiating leverage, and long-term strategic freedom.
